One of my favorite stories I’ve gotten to share will soon be published!
My favorite stories to tell with a camera are those “feel good” reports. I’m talking about the ones you don’t hear about unless you are truly making connections in your viewing area. My favorite story from my freezing time in North Dakota I put together was about a two-legged cattle dog that still does his job with the help of a special wheelchair.
Doesn’t your heart just MELT?! This story went viral and aired in dozens of TV markets. Now there’s going to be a children’s book about sweet little Patton. My jaw just about hit the floor when my former assistant News Director called to share the news. The author is based out of Minnesota. They’ve already gotten some of the artwork sketched. I can’t wait to read it once it’s published!
